Doll Descriptions
After the birth of my daughter, I found an appalling lack of Catholic toys; things to play with at mass and still keep the focus on the sacred and holy. I began painting priests, nuns and saints onto simple wooden forms. They were a hit with my daughter and later my two sons. The collection has slowly made its way through my family as Christmas and Baptism gifts, wedding cake toppers, and even into a Montessori based CCD program where they walk on water yearly.
It is my goal to bring quality, artistic toys to children. That they may incorporate the faith into their daily lives and play with things that inspire them to become saints. I aspire to make toys that can be passed on from child to child. Toys that bring a smile to your face when you see them lying around at the end of the day, or, like my son's sword, waiting beside the bed until morning.
